People Business Partner

About the role

Cabify is looking for a People Business Partner to bridge the gap between our talent strategy and evolving business goals. You will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, ensuring our organizational culture remains strong while supporting managers through every stage of the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact between the People department and corporate business units.
• Advise managers on hiring, onboarding, performance management, professional development, and offboarding.
• Translate business priorities into actionable People operations and global development programs.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve employee engagement.
• Maintain a high-performance work environment by reinforcing company values and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with the Rewards team on compensation structures and salary reviews.
• Provide guidance on labor relations and ensure adherence to internal policies.

Requirements

• University degree or Master in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
• Strong communication, listening, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and influence staff at all levels of the company.
• Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, changing environments.
