About the role

You will manage and expand the strategic alliance ecosystem for Cabify in Argentina and Uruguay. This role focuses on driving business growth, exploring new market verticals, and increasing brand visibility through sustainable partnerships.

What you'll do

• Define and implement a short, medium, and long-term strategy for commercial alliances.
• Identify and execute partnership projects, managing the full lifecycle from initial contact and NDA signing to contract negotiation and final implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and user-focused results.
• Analyze company objectives to find collaboration opportunities that align with Cabify values.
• Monitor, measure, and iterate on active partnerships using key performance indicators.
• Optimize the partner portfolio by prioritizing high-impact collaborations and phasing out those that do not meet targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and maintain active communication with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Improve operational efficiency by integrating new technologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking.
