Operational Excellence Coordinator

About the role

You will manage the operational strategy for drivers across Argentina and Uruguay, focusing on long-term retention and service quality. This role involves identifying process bottlenecks and implementing scalable improvements to ensure a reliable and efficient experience for our partners.

What you'll do

• Lead the OEX team as the primary strategic and operational contact for drivers.
• Optimize and control internal processes to eliminate waste and ensure service safety.
• Analyze the driver journey to identify and resolve friction points.
• Manage improvement projects that provide scalable and effective solutions.
• Coordinate with support teams to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Implement AI-driven tools, including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and OCR, to automate and scale operations.
• Align global project guidelines with local market needs through quantitative documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, or similar roles within technology companies.
• At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience managing and leading teams, preferably with analytical or technical staff.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to build dashboards and interpret data.
• Proven track record of implementing AI-based workflows to improve operational processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Prior experience in similar roles within the tech industry.
