About the role

Cabify Peru is looking for a specialist to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within our B2B division. You will design and implement mobility solutions for corporate clients while using data analysis and automation to refine our internal processes.

What you'll do

• Create and deploy end-to-end mobility solutions tailored to the needs of complex corporate accounts.
• Coordinate project execution by collaborating with the B2B, Product, Global COPs, and Legal departments.
• Maintain operational standards by overseeing processes across TN, Support, and Offline teams.
• Track performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and execute plans to improve service quality.
• Streamline workflows by replacing manual tasks with automation tools and artificial intelligence.
• Manage operational risks and resolve complex issues to ensure client satisfaction and service continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in process management, project management, or core operations.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or PMO environments.
• Proven ability to design, analyze, and evaluate operational cost structures.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-functional coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in automation platforms like n8n.
• Practical knowledge of using artificial intelligence to analyze data and reduce manual workloads.
