What you'll do

• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Revenue, Product, Operations, and Talent departments to address key business questions through research.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of market studies, including user behavior analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic deep dives.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative methodologies to build a comprehensive view of the market and customer base.
• Present complex findings to the Executive Team and senior stakeholders to influence high-level strategy.
• Oversee project timelines, vendor relationships, and methodological quality.
• Mentor and develop the Market Insights team to foster analytical rigor and strategic thinking.
• Track the business impact of research initiatives to promote a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Market Research or Insights, covering both qualitative and quantitative methods in corporate, agency, or consulting environments.
• Proven track record in managing secondary research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to lead research projects from objective definition to final communication.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to turn strategic goals into research tasks.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data storytelling.
• Hands-on approach that balances team leadership with individual project contribution.
