IT Analyst

About the role

Cabify is looking for an IT Analyst to provide technical support to our internal users and assist our global operations team. You will ensure our staff has the hardware and software tools necessary to maintain our mobility platform.

What you'll do

• Provide technical assistance for Mac and HP hardware.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows and MacOS environments.
• Support Zoom videoconferencing setups and meeting room systems.
• Administer Google Suite services.
• Handle the assembly and configuration of computing equipment.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent vocational training.
• Experience with internal cloud infrastructure, specifically Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in managing Apple hardware fleets.
• Technical knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Experience with device imaging and platforming.
• Familiarity with communication platforms including Slack, Zoom, Hangouts, and Teams.

• Prior experience working with Office 365.
