About the role

Cabify is seeking a strategic professional to accelerate our logistics business in Peru. You will focus on scaling operations through data-driven pricing, retention initiatives, and marketplace optimization to help us achieve our goal of six-fold revenue growth.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and manage pricing strategies and cost structures to maintain healthy margins and market competitiveness.
• Oversee incentive budgets to boost incremental growth, driver retention, and customer engagement.
• Propose new business models and support the rollout of the Logistics App to scale service lines.
• Analyze marketplace performance, demand patterns, and key metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Manage the full lifecycle of driver and customer audiences, including acquisition funnels and LTV to CAC ratios.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Data, and Revenue teams to automate processes and integrate new technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, revenue management, or strategic growth, preferably within tech, marketplaces, or operationally intensive sectors.
• Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio.
• Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into tactical execution.
• Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Alignment with Cabify company principles.
