About the role

You will oversee growth and retention strategies for the passenger segment across Argentina and Uruguay. This position balances analytical execution with direct leadership responsibilities to ensure our mobility services remain sustainable and valuable.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute end-to-end strategies to expand our active passenger base and improve user retention.
• Manage and optimize the budget allocated to performance marketing campaigns and user discounts.
• Refine the passenger value proposition to drive long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
• Identify and test new market niches, product features, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to align communication strategies with passenger needs.
• Mentor and lead a direct team while fostering professional development.
• Improve operational efficiency by adopting new technologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in comparable roles, preferably within the tech sector.
• Proven track record in team leadership and coordination.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to manage complex problem-solving.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across different levels.
• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
