Growth Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an analytical professional to join our team to improve urban mobility through data. You will focus on interpreting user and driver behavior to drive our growth strategy and product development.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Evaluate patterns in user and driver activity to uncover expansion possibilities.
• Build reports and dashboards to guide data-backed business decisions.
• Track the performance of retention and acquisition campaigns.
• Develop and suggest experiments to refine the user experience.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or related fields, or students nearing graduation with a strong analytical background.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.

Nice to have

• Familiarity or interest in using AI tools like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to automate workflows and improve analytical output.
