About the role
You will own the end-to-end execution of insurance products within C6 Bank's Insurance division, driving implementation, maintenance, and optimization to directly impact bank performance. This role requires you to manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial discovery and planning through execution, launch, and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with strict budget and timeline constraints. You will act as the central orchestrator, defining and executing product development strategies that balance user needs with business objectives in a regulated financial environment. A core part of your responsibility will be to identify, assess, and mitigate development risks and uncertainties proactively, ensuring smooth progression at every stage. You will establish and monitor key product workflows and performance indicators, using data analytics to inform decisions and validate outcomes. Another critical ownership is the production of documentation for technical refinement sessions, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders. You will coordinate closely with internal departments including technology, legal, risk, marketing, compliance, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and compliance. Ultimately, you will be accountable for delivering a superior insurance experience that supports the bank's strategic goals and enhances customer satisfaction.

What you'll do
Define and execute product development strategies for the insurance portfolio in alignment with C6 Bank's overarching business objectives.
Manage product lifecycles from initial planning through to launch, ensuring disciplined execution and timely delivery.
Identify and mitigate development risks and uncertainties across the product journey, implementing contingency plans as needed.
Evaluate features and processes against user needs and business goals, using feedback loops to drive iterative improvements.
Establish and monitor product workflows and performance indicators to track efficiency, quality, and outcome achievement.
Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for technical refinement sessions, ensuring all requirements are accurately captured.
Coordinate with internal departments including technology, legal, risk, marketing, compliance, and customer service to enable cross-functional collaboration.
Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of product initiatives.
Utilize product management tools such as Jira to track progress, manage backlogs, and maintain transparency across the team.
Champion a culture of experimentation and learning, using insights to refine product strategies and optimize performance over time.
Ensure all insurance products comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards throughout the lifecycle.
Drive stakeholder alignment through regular communication, setting expectations, and managing dependencies effectively.
Continuously assess market and competitor landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in insurance offerings.
Own the end-to-end delivery of insurance solutions, taking responsibility for outcomes and collaborating to maximize business value.
Requirements
Completed higher education degree is mandatory for this position.
Professional background in product development and management is required.
Previous experience working in technology is a strict requirement for this role.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies is essential for successful performance.
Ability to use data analytics for decision-making is a non-negotiable skill.
Experience with product management tools such as Jira is required.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are mandatory.
Availability for in-person work in central São Paulo is required.
