The Graphene team manages our Private segment, providing customized financial solutions and banking services. You will focus on building long-term relationships, offering dedicated support, and aligning investment strategies with individual client profiles. This role requires a proactive mindset to identify new opportunities and anticipate client needs before they arise. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex financial concepts into clear and actionable recommendations. What you'll do
- Prospect new high-net-worth clients through targeted outreach and networking initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of high-income accounts to ensure strategic allocation and growth.

Requirements
- Hold a valid CEA certification, as it is mandatory for legal compliance and role execution.
- Demonstrate the ability to work 100% on-site in São Paulo without flexibility for remote arrangements.
- Exhibit strong influence and relationship-building skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor suitable for interactions with elite clientele.
- Possess a proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets in previous roles.
- Show resilience in managing high-pressure situations and tight decision-making timelines.
- Commit to strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance protocols.
- Display excellent command of the Portuguese language, both written and verbal, for precise communication.

Practical notes
This position is based entirely on-site at our São Paulo location, and candidates must be available to work from the office daily. The role operates on a standard full-time schedule, aligned with the bank's operational hours. Travel is not a requirement for this position, as all key responsibilities are executed within the São Paulo office environment.
