About the role

This leadership position focuses on converting data into actionable insights to drive the sustainable growth of C6 Bank. You will oversee the integration of workforce planning, budget management, and people analytics to guide executive decision-making regarding organizational structure and business evolution.

What you'll do

• Manage People Analytics, workforce planning, and personnel budgeting to provide reliable data for strategic company decisions.
• Partner with leadership to discuss organizational efficiency, structure, and workforce strategy.
• Create indicators, studies, and projections to anticipate business needs.
• Oversee budget tracking to ensure predictability and sustainability in workforce planning.
• Direct the innovation agenda by implementing automation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies within HR processes.
• Simplify and modernize workflows to improve productivity and the internal user experience.
• Act as a bridge between HR, Technology, and other bank departments to accelerate innovation.
• Prepare executive narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain governance and data quality standards.
• Mentor and develop the team while fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or HR Strategy.
• Experience building dashboards, metrics, and decision-support models.
• Track record of team management and professional development.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, generative AI, and process automation with the ability to apply these to HR.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and present in executive forums.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and execution.
• Availability to work on-site at the Av. 9 de Julho office.

Nice to have

• Experience in transformation projects, process improvement, or operational model evolution.
• Advanced English proficiency.
