About the role

This position focuses on managing and growing the automotive finance portfolio within the Bauru region. You will act as a consultant to partners, identifying business opportunities and structuring financial solutions that align with regional commercial goals.

What you'll do

• Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends and prioritize improvement actions.
• Monitor automotive market shifts and competitor activity to guide commercial decision-making.
• Manage a portfolio of partner companies and clients, ensuring consistent service and relationship growth.
• Develop and implement sales programs to increase volume, conversion rates, and operational quality.
• Share best practices across regions to maintain consistent standards and culture.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Credit, Risk, and Operations to ensure process efficiency.
• Support regional expansion efforts and strengthen brand presence in local automotive channels.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven commercial experience in the automotive sector, specifically working with dealerships, multi-brand stores, and ecosystem partners.
• Background in portfolio management, including performance analysis and action plan execution.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate it into practical business strategies.
• Experience creating and running sales campaigns to boost profitability and volume.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy to manage a routine of in-person visits.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various internal stakeholders.
• Active CNH B driver license and own vehicle for travel.
• Availability for 100% onsite work in Bauru and for travel within the regional operation area.
