What you'll do

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering expert investment advisory services tailored to the Porto Alegre area.
• Actively promote a range of financial products and services through a targeted commercial strategy to meet client needs.
• Address client inquiries and manage requests efficiently using established internal systems and authorization protocols.
• Assess and prioritize client demands, ensuring that complex issues are directed to the relevant internal teams for resolution.
• Stay informed about economic trends and market shifts to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their investment goals are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized investment solutions that align with client objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance and meet changing market conditions.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in investment advisory.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance C6 Bank's visibility and establish new client relationships.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses to clients, illustrating the performance of their investments and potential opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to investment advisory services.

Requirements

• Must possess an active CEA certification, which is essential for this role.
• A strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in communication and negotiation skills is required.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Porto Alegre office without remote options.
• Significant experience in managing client portfolios and familiarity with various investment products is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a financial services environment.
• Ability to analyze market data and economic indicators to inform investment strategies effectively.

Nice to have

• CFP certification would be an added advantage, enhancing your qualifications for this position.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a financial institution is beneficial.
• Familiarity with sustainable investment practices and carbon markets is a plus.
