What you'll do

• Oversee and manage client investment portfolios, ensuring they align with individual financial goals and risk appetites.
• Implement commercial strategies that effectively promote a range of financial products and services to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries efficiently, utilizing established internal systems and adhering to authorization protocols.
• Assess and prioritize client requests, directing specialized needs to the relevant internal teams for resolution.
• Stay informed on economic trends and market fluctuations to provide well-informed advisory services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving financial needs and preferences.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure optimal performance and alignment with market conditions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the overall client experience and streamline service delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing investment performance and strategic recommendations.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to continuously enhance personal and team capabilities.
• Engage in networking opportunities to expand the client base and promote C6 Bank's investment offerings.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns aimed at attracting new clients to the Investment Hub.

Requirements

• A valid CEA certification is required for this position.
• Demonstrated experience in managing client investment portfolios and a strong understanding of various investment products.
• A robust commercial mindset, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site, fostering direct relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and economic indicators to inform investment strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Possession of a CFP certification would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with sustainable investment practices and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria.
• Previous experience in a financial advisory role within a banking or investment environment.
