Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles specifically for candidates with disabilities across various bank departments.
- Partner with leadership to define job profiles and create inclusive attraction strategies.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines to ensure high-quality and efficient hiring.
- Ensure all candidates receive a positive and accessible experience throughout the process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to broader diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with the People & Management team to align hiring efforts with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
- Background in recruiting for roles focused on people with disabilities or diversity and inclusion projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and stakeholder relationships.
- Availability to work on-site at the Av. 9 de Julho office.
Nice to have
- Experience using the Greenhouse ATS.
- Previous work history in the financial sector, technology industry, or fast-paced growth environments.
