Strategy Manager

About the role

C3 AI is looking for a Strategy Manager to drive go-to-market initiatives and refine commercial operations. You will produce executive-level materials, manage pricing frameworks, and utilize AI tools to optimize internal workflows and proposal development.

What you'll do

• Direct the creation of proposals and RFP responses by coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
• Build business cases, ROI models, and value propositions for specific AI and machine learning use cases.
• Define and operationalize pricing strategies for Enterprise AI software in partnership with Finance and Sales.
• Conduct market analysis on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product and go-to-market planning.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to automate research, documentation, and executive reporting.
• Create materials for sales negotiations, product demonstrations, and high-level presentations.
• Mentor team members and improve internal processes to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required; MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.
• 6 to 9 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in quantitative modeling, specifically for pricing, ROI, and business case development.
• Proven ability to create professional, executive-ready documentation.
• Experience managing complex workstreams across cross-functional groups.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Background in Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Telecommunications, or Healthcare.
• Practical experience using LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms to increase productivity in business development or sales environments.
