Co-founded Indonesia's Internet Computer ecosystem from zero, scaling it into one of ICP's most active global hubs within 12 months (through coordinated national programming) establishing national infrastructure for Web3 developer education, startup acceleration, and institutional adoption. And launched the first ICP incubator in the world, a model that became the template for ICP's global accelerator rollout.
