About the role
Brillio 2 is establishing a legal function designed to support and accelerate business goals rather than slow them down. This position suits an early-career attorney who wants hands-on involvement with contracts, transactions, and commercial decisions alongside business teams. The work sits at the intersection of legal analysis, business strategy, and execution.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and delivery groups to move deals forward
- Weigh legal risk against commercial objectives and advise accordingly
- Create and refine contract templates, clause banks, and internal playbooks
- Assist with compliance matters such as data privacy, employment law, and cross-border fundamentals
- Drive improvements in legal operations through standardization, faster turnaround, and simpler processes
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in corporate law with a contracts focus
- Graduate of a top-tier law school
- Qualified lawyer
- Demonstrated contract drafting or review work through internships or early positions
- Clear, structured communication and analytical thinking
- Proven experience working with AI tools
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness to work from the office
