About the role

We are looking for a Senior Lead BI Engineer to manage end-to-end data visualization and analytical workflows. You will bridge the gap between raw enterprise data and executive decision-making by building automated reporting systems.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage high-impact Tableau dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Use Python libraries like pandas and NumPy to clean, transform, and analyze datasets before visualization.
• Write complex SQL queries, including window functions and CTEs, to model data from cloud warehouses.
• Build automated data pipelines and reporting workflows using Python and APIs.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy through rigorous testing.
• Implement row-level security and data governance standards.
• Manage code using Git, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience in the SCM domain.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical insights to business teams.
