IVR Developer (Amazon Connect)

About the role

Brillio is hiring an experienced developer to join the DE team and assist clients with digital strategy and solution execution. You will focus on building, deploying, and maintaining telephony solutions using Amazon Connect and serverless AWS architectures.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and version Amazon Connect contact flows.
• Configure and manage routing profiles, queues, and operating hours.
• Integrate Lex bots into telephony workflows.
• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions using Node.js or Python.
• Create API endpoints and manage DynamoDB access patterns for IVR states.
• Build failure-safe logic to handle API errors, timeouts, and dependency outages.
• Manage configurations and credentials using external storage rather than hard-coding.
• Execute deployments through CI/CD pipelines to ensure repeatable releases.
• Participate in defect triage and collaborate with QA teams on quality assurance.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect contact flows and resource configuration.
• Proficiency in AWS serverless development, specifically Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Experience with secure secrets management using AWS Secrets Manager or Parameter Store.
• Ability to implement structured logging and error handling in production environments.
• Experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.
