IVR Automation Tester with Cyara

About the role

Brillio 2 is hiring an automation specialist to focus on the reliability of contact center environments. You will build and run test scripts to verify voice interactions and system performance within Amazon Connect.

What you'll do

• Build and update automated scripts for Amazon Connect call flows.
• Utilize Cyara to mimic live voice traffic and perform stress tests on IVR systems.
• Verify the functional and performance standards of contact center infrastructure.
• Run API-based tests for inbound and outbound call scenarios.
• Manage test suites, plans, and defect tracking within QTest.
• Partner with development and operations teams to embed testing into CI/CD workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and contribute to internal training resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software testing experience with an emphasis on automation.
• Direct experience testing IVR systems and Amazon Connect.
• Demonstrated mastery of Cyara for contact center automation.
• Proficiency using QTest for defect and test case management.
• Competency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with broader AWS service offerings.
• Experience with other automation frameworks or testing tools.
• Professional certifications in QA or software testing.
