About the role
Brillio is looking for a strategic sales leader to expand our footprint within the healthcare payer and pharmacy benefit manager sectors. You will manage high-value accounts and drive revenue by positioning our digital transformation, cloud, and AI capabilities to solve complex industry challenges.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage and grow revenue streams within major payer and PBM organizations.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities involving AI, machine learning, cloud migration, and data analytics.
- Create and implement account strategies targeting call center automation, claims processing, and interoperability mandates like FHIR and TEFCA.
- Lead the structuring of large-scale outsourcing deals ranging from 5 million to 50 million dollars.
- Design hybrid delivery models utilizing onshore, nearshore, and India-based teams to balance cost and service quality.
- Negotiate complex contracts, including MSAs and SOWs, while coordinating with pricing and delivery departments.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across IT and business units.
- Oversee account health, project KPIs, and service delivery to ensure long-term client retention.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services sales and account management specifically within the payer and PBM industry.
- Demonstrated success managing and generating over 10 million dollars in annual revenue.
- Deep knowledge of payer business models, PBM workflows, and regulatory healthcare requirements.
- Proven ability to lead full sales cycles, from initial RFP response to final contract negotiation.
- Experience managing global delivery teams and complex commercial deal structures.
- Strong financial acumen for developing pricing models such as fixed-price, T&M, and outcome-based agreements.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent professional background in healthcare technology sales and strategy.
- Prior experience working with or selling to large-scale healthcare technology firms.
