About the role

Brilliant Earth invites you to own the customer journey from first inquiry to final celebration as a dedicated member of the Customer Experience team in our showroom locations. You will build and nurture relationships by guiding clients through bespoke jewelry selections with expert knowledge and genuine care. This role requires a proactive mindset as you translate product expertise into personalized experiences across in-person, phone, and live-chat platforms. You will collaborate closely with leadership to uphold the brand promise of transparency, sustainability, and inclusivity in every interaction. The position demands a bias toward action, where your problem-solving directly influences customer loyalty and brand growth. You will own your schedule and results, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the company's mission-driven values. Coordinate premium showroom appointments while ensuring flawless logistical support and operational flow.

Architect unforgettable client experiences by curating personalized jewelry journeys that align with individual tastes and budgets.

Champion product knowledge across our luxury collections to guide clients toward their ideal match with confidence and clarity.

Facilitate seamless communication via in-person consultations, telephone discussions, and live-chat platforms to meet evolving client needs.

Drive sales performance through consultative selling techniques that highlight the value and craftsmanship of each piece.

Support inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards to maintain an inspiring and organized showroom environment.

Manage client documentation and follow-up protocols to ensure continuity and satisfaction throughout the post-sale journey.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently and maintain service excellence.

Maintain strict adherence to company policies regarding security, privacy, and brand standards in every client interaction.

Promote a culture of learning by actively participating in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives with your peers.

Leverage data and client feedback to refine sales approaches and enhance the overall showroom experience continuously.

Serve as an ambassador for the Brilliant Earth brand, embodying its mission in every interaction with prospects and clients.

Support special events and trunk shows as needed to extend the reach and impact of the showroom's presence in the community.

Demonstrate adaptability by shifting fluidly between roles to meet team needs and uphold operational excellence.

Requirements

You must be able to work a schedule that includes weekend days.

You must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of our Central, East, or West showroom locations.

You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

You must have at least one year of previous sales or customer-facing experience in a luxury retail or service environment.

You must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse clients.

You must exhibit strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple client interactions and documentation.

You must be comfortable working within a commission-based structure while maintaining focus on long-term client relationships.

You must comply with all company policies, including those related to security, confidentiality, and brand integrity.

You must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without requiring sponsorship at this time.

You must pass a background check and meet any local regulatory requirements for employment in a retail or financial services setting.

You must be available to work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends, as business demands require.

You must maintain professional standards in dress, demeanor, and punctuality consistent with a premium retail environment.

You must be willing to participate in ongoing training and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Actual pay within the posted range will be based upon several factors, including without limitation education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. The Company anticipates that the reasonable expected salary for this position could change in the future and, therefore, the Company retains the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for the position for various reasons, including the Company's business needs.
