Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

Brightwheel is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions within their Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack. This role involves developing and maintaining critical integrations, ensuring system reliability, and driving innovation through AI-powered workflows. You will be a key technical resource, guiding the team and contributing to the overall architecture of their Salesforce ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Architect and develop solutions for Salesforce and its connected GTM platforms, including LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Gong, and Stripe, focusing on long-term scalability.
• Act as the primary technical expert for complex development and integration tasks beyond standard administrative setup.
• Implement monitoring and alert systems for critical revenue-generating platforms and create a plan for addressing technical debt.
• Design, document, and deploy AI-enhanced workflows to boost system operations and support GTM team activities.
• Perform sprint-based administrative and configuration work, applying rigorous design principles like design documents and architecture reviews.
• Guide and develop less experienced administrators to strengthen the team's technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience delivering production-ready development work, including triggers, asynchronous Apex, and REST/API integrations.
• Ownership of integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems such as payment processors, conversation intelligence tools, or GTM applications.
• Designed or implemented production monitoring and alerting for a system you managed.
• Developed AI-assisted workflows or tools that were adopted beyond your personal use.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve technical debt within an active production environment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Stripe, Gong, Chili Piper, LeanData, Intercom, or HubSpot.
• A history of mentoring or developing less experienced administrators.
• Previous experience transitioning a systems team from a reactive to a proactive operational model.
• Knowledge of Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, AWS, Agentforce, or Einstein Conversation Insights.
