What you'll do
- Manage strategic, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across various product lines, supporting new market entry and multi-product sales.
- Improve frontline team workflows within Salesforce and related platforms to reduce technical debt and boost conversion rates and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems Operations teams on go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage change across the GTM organization, ensuring effective communication and adoption of new initiatives.
- Implement and scale AI-powered workflow solutions to increase frontline team productivity through automation and intelligent insights.
- Develop executive-level analyses and recommendations based on key performance indicators to guide prioritization and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with senior leadership to establish priorities, monitor business performance, and discover scalable growth drivers.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 or more years of professional experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar go-to-market role.
- Experience in a high-growth or startup setting, preferably supporting multi-product or multi-segment sales in vertical SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, Sigma, and other go-to-market systems and analytical tools.
- Proven ability to implement automation or AI-driven workflow improvements that enhanced frontline productivity.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution, resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, or funnel conversion.
- Capability to translate business requirements into scalable system and process enhancements within Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Skilled in using data to identify root causes, define KPIs, and influence leadership decisions with structured, executive-ready recommendations.
- Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex issues to various audiences, from frontline staff to board members.
- Demonstrated success in managing ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and organizational change while maintaining progress.
