Manager, Strategy and Operations

About the role

Brightwheel is seeking an AI-native operator to lead strategy and execution for our Expansion business unit. You will manage a team of two while building automated workflows and operational systems that support our growing suite of curriculum, financial, and professional development products.

What you'll do

• Direct the Sales Operations function for the Expansion business, overseeing a team of two.
• Collaborate with Finance, PDE, and Sales leadership to set business priorities and operational strategy.
• Develop and document scalable sales processes, including lead routing, scoring, and post-sale coordination.
• Create automated, AI-driven analytical workflows for tasks like closed-loss analysis and account segmentation.
• Build and maintain lead scoring models using product signals and data from Salesforce, Gong, and Clay.
• Analyze the sales funnel to provide insights on close rates, ICP development, and performance benchmarking.
• Deliver data-backed recommendations and strategic updates in executive forums and business reviews.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, or SaaS Ops.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct management experience, including leading at least 2 direct reports.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end automated workflows using AI that function without manual oversight.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from scope to delivery.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on presenting clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Proficiency with data warehouses such as Snowflake or Redshift, alongside Sigma and Salesforce.
