This role involves managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.

What you'll do

• Engage with both new and existing customers to understand their specific needs and recommend brightwheel solutions.
• Conduct extensive outbound outreach and discovery to identify opportunities and explain brightwheel's value.
• Deliver personalized product demonstrations to prospects and customers, showing how brightwheel improves daily operations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to booking demos and closing sales.
• Meet monthly revenue and unit targets with consistent support.
• Utilize Salesforce to organize outreach, manage your pipeline, and track follow-ups, ensuring data accuracy.
• Learn about competitors to effectively position brightwheel based on customer requirements.
• Participate in regular reviews of calls and demos with managers and peers to refine sales techniques.

Requirements

• Professional experience in any customer-facing, goal-oriented, or fast-paced role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
