About the role
BrickRed Systems is hiring an engineer to build and deploy intelligent applications using modern machine learning frameworks. You will work on projects involving large language models and data-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges for our clients.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and implement machine learning models and data processing pipelines.
- Build applications utilizing generative AI and large language models.
- Perform data analysis and querying using SQL.
- Manage version control and collaborate on codebases.
- Apply NLP techniques including semantic search, text classification, and tokenization.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and data preprocessing.
- Experience with SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants like Cursor or Claude.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Prior experience at FAANG, product-based, or tier-1 companies is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Familiarity with MLOps, MLflow, and Weights and Biases.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, DBT, and cloud platforms including AWS.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles.
- Relevant certifications such as AI-900, Databricks Generative AI, or DeepLearning.AI credentials.
