About the role

Brex provides a financial platform for global businesses to manage spending, banking, and travel software. You will join our team to manage customer integrations, ensuring our financial tools function correctly within their existing systems.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer integrations, specifically for platforms like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and QuickBooks.
• Advise customers on ERP architecture and finance workflows to ensure optimal system configuration.
• Facilitate project meetings and technical discussions from the initial kickoff through the final launch.
• Develop and improve training resources and Help Center documentation to support user onboarding.
• Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to our internal Engineering and Product departments.
• Collaborate with the Integration team to refine internal processes and share technical project insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing position focused on configuring or implementing accounting software such as Xero, NetSuite, or QuickBooks Online.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting domains, specifically Accounts Payable, General Ledger, HRIS, and Expense Management.
• Project management ability to track timelines and manage deliverables.
• Capacity to convert business needs into specific product settings.
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working in team environments to resolve issues and identify when to seek internal guidance.

Nice to have

• Subject matter expertise in SSO or HRIS systems.
• Professional background in Finance or Accounting.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $101,248 - $126,560 per year.
• Total compensation may include equity.
• Hybrid work policy: Required in-office attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
