Systems Analyst II

About the role

You will manage the internal tools and automated workflows that support our Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success departments. This position focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies and building technical solutions to improve productivity for our go-to-market teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain integrations and automations to streamline GTM operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate workflow challenges into technical projects.
• Manage the full lifecycle of tools, including vendor selection, implementation, and user training.
• Analyze operational data to provide recommendations to leadership regarding systems investments.
• Incorporate AI and LLM functionality into existing software to enhance automation.
• Own projects from initial scoping through to final deployment.
• Provide mentorship to interns and junior staff members.
• Maintain high technical standards through clean code and peer reviews.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in RevOps, Systems, TechOps, or BizOps.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and API integration.
• Experience with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Nooks, Vitally, or Sierra.
• Ability to independently manage projects and prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using data analysis to influence business decisions.
• Interest in applying AI and LLM technology to business workflows.
