About the role
You will lead the strategy and execution for Brex Travel, an integrated platform designed to simplify corporate travel and expense management. This role involves building features that span the entire travel lifecycle, from booking and trip management to payment reconciliation and AI-driven support.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Brex Travel experience.
- Integrate travel booking and organization with Brex Card and Expense Management systems.
- Manage relationships with travel technology, inventory, and servicing partners to create a unified user experience.
- Optimize key performance metrics including adoption, booking volume, conversion rates, and system reliability.
- Implement AI solutions to automate planning, servicing, and reconciliation workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Design, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Improve support and disruption handling processes for both travelers and finance administrators.
Requirements
- Proven history of managing an end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Professional background in travel, online booking, marketplaces, or similar operationally intensive industries.
- Ability to balance customer needs with technical backend requirements.
- Experience developing products on top of partner, inventory, or servicing infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in driving quantitative metrics such as marketplace volume or user adoption.
- Knowledge of payment, reconciliation, and exception-handling systems.
- Practical understanding of how to apply AI to reduce manual operational tasks.

- Direct experience in travel product management.
- Experience in adjacent fields such as complex consumer products, payments, or booking platforms.
