Staff Product Manager, Growth

About the role

Brex is looking for a leader to build the next generation of AI-powered infrastructure for our go-to-market teams. You will design systems that improve revenue, customer retention, and overall funnel productivity by integrating autonomous agents and machine learning into our core workflows.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap to improve specific go-to-market metrics.
• Build and iterate on AI agents for lead qualification, prospecting, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Develop systems for intelligent outbound outreach and automated lifecycle messaging.
• Refine machine learning models for pipeline prioritization and lead scoring.
• Create experimentation frameworks to test AI interventions across the customer funnel.
• Design scalable revenue platforms that increase the productivity of sales and marketing teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, IT, and Data teams to execute complex initiatives.
• Identify and remove structural bottlenecks within the revenue funnel.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling revenue, growth, or go-to-market systems at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven ability to own and improve company-level metrics.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving executive stakeholders.
• Strong systems thinking skills to connect product, process, and people.
• Analytical mindset with experience in experimentation frameworks and funnel metrics.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $240,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and market factors.
• Total compensation includes equity.
• Remote work is permitted for up to four weeks per year, with a minimum stay of one week per remote period.
