Manager, Finance - Partnerships

About the role

You will join the finance team to manage and grow relationships with payment networks and partner banks. This position focuses on driving the strategic roadmap by negotiating agreements and coordinating with internal product, legal, and engineering departments.

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations and communication for existing partner relationships.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and handle ad-hoc reporting for partners.
• Source and evaluate new potential partners for strategic fit.
• Negotiate and finalize contract renewals and amendments.
• Assist with the integration and onboarding of new partners into company operations.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues with external partners.
• Develop financial models to evaluate transaction economics and deal structures.
• Contribute to the creation of long-term product and partnership roadmaps.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure project alignment and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, strategic operations, or partnerships.
• Proven ability to perform rigorous business and financial analytics.
• Experience managing external counterparties and structuring business transactions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
• Capacity to manage several complex projects at once.
• High level of personal accountability and ownership.

Nice to have

• Previous work experience within the FinTech industry.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and generate creative solutions.
• Understanding of domestic and cross-border payment systems.
• Familiarity with card network operations.
