About the role

Brex provides an intelligent finance platform for global corporate cards, banking, and spend management. This role focuses on guiding small to mid-sized customers through their initial onboarding to ensure they successfully adopt the Brex Empower platform.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Lead customer meetings by setting agendas, documenting action items, and managing project timelines.
• Configure the Brex platform to meet specific customer business requirements.
• Manage communication with stakeholders to ensure implementation milestones are met.
• Facilitate spend migrations and support end-user adoption during the go-live process.
• Explain integration concepts and provide documentation for connecting Brex with external systems.
• Coordinate account handoffs between Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Provide change management templates and lead training sessions for new clients.
• Offer feedback to the internal team to help refine and improve the implementation process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company or consulting firm.
• Prior exposure to project coordination or structured implementation workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive tasks to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ERP, Expense Management, or Financial software.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Billing, Procurement, Travel, or Corporate Card programs.

Practical notes

Salary range: $91,304 - $114,130 USD. Compensation includes base pay, equity, and other benefits based on experience and market factors. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Employees are eligible for four weeks of fully remote work per year.
