About the role
Brex provides an intelligent finance platform that helps businesses manage spending, banking, and global payments. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, focusing on revenue growth, long-term retention, and strategic expansion of our financial software suite.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Increase revenue by driving adoption of Brex products including Expense Management, Bill Pay, Travel, and global payments.
- Maintain client retention by monitoring account health and proactively addressing churn risks.
- Analyze account usage and competitive signals to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities.
- Manage the full cycle of renewals and expansions, including strategy, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders across finance, procurement, and operations departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, Underwriting, RevOps, and Product.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and detailed account plans.
- Provide internal feedback on client needs to influence the product roadmap and operational processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B closing experience within the financial technology, payments, or SaaS sectors.
- Demonstrated success handling enterprise accounts involving complex deal cycles and multi-threaded stakeholder management.
- History of exceeding sales quotas and achieving top performance metrics.
- Experience leading high-value negotiations, renewals, and competitive displacements.
- Proven ability to drive net revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling multi-product solutions.
- Proficiency in sales systems including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
Nice to have
- Expertise in credit risk management, corporate cards, or rewards programs.
- Prior experience selling financial operations platforms, such as accounts payable, travel, or expense management tools.
- Recognition as a top performer, such as President's Club or top stack ranking.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and competitive fintech sales cycles.

Practical notes
- This role requires an in-office presence on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Employees are eligible for up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.
