Accounting Channel Partner Manager

About the role

Brex is seeking a partner manager to expand our Accounting Channel and drive revenue through strategic alliances. You will build and manage relationships with accounting firms to generate client referrals and integrate partners into our financial platform.

What you'll do

• Find and develop relationships with high-potential accounting firms.
• Create and execute go-to-market plans for individual partners.
• Manage the onboarding process for new partners and their staff.
• Generate consistent client referrals from partners to increase company revenue.
• Act as a product expert to explain the Brex value proposition.
• Coordinate with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product teams to support co-marketing and product feedback.
• Lead performance reviews and business meetings with key partners.
• Build connections with various stakeholders within accounting firms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships or closing sales.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas and performance targets.
• Ability to analyze partner needs through active listening and consultative questioning.
• Skill in providing solutions that align with partner business goals.
• Capacity to analyze partnership data to improve performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with accounting firms.
• Accounting industry experience or a CPA certification.

Practical notes

• Hybrid schedule requires in-office attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
