Senior Global Event Marketing Manager at Braze.
About the role
We are looking for a strategic leader to manage our global event portfolio, including flagship conferences and internal executive programs. You will shape our event infrastructure, define measurement frameworks, and drive business impact through high-touch experiences.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the three-year strategy and roadmap for our Executive Program, covering audience segmentation, experience design, and go-to-market execution.
- Manage end-to-end production for our flagship external conferences and major internal events, such as Sales Kickoff and annual incentive trips.
- Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs and build dashboards for our owned events and over 200 regional programs.
- Develop and maintain global playbooks, vendor templates, and creative briefs to standardize operations and increase execution speed.
- Oversee event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize spend across the portfolio.
- Source and manage external speakers and marquee talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in demand generation, creative, and communications to ensure alignment on event goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event marketing and production within the B2B tech sector.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $5M.
- Experience designing and executing complex, multi-faceted event programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and ROI reporting.
- Proficiency in vendor negotiation, contract management, and project execution under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work from our San Francisco office.

- Experience managing digital or hybrid event components, including virtual attendee experiences and livestreaming.
- Background in building scalable processes and operational playbooks.
- Experience with high-touch executive or incentive program management.

Practical notes
- Compensation: Base salary range of $103,000 to $150,000 per year.
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $117,000 to $173,000 per year, including bonus or commission.
