What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute live streaming projects that meet client needs and expectations.
Utilize various video production tools and software to create high-quality live broadcasts and pre-recorded content.
Assist in the planning and coordination of live events, ensuring all technical and logistical elements are in place for a seamless execution.
Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts, providing real-time solutions to maintain broadcast quality.
Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into actionable production plans.
Maintain and update production equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal condition for use.
Analyze viewer engagement metrics and feedback to improve future live streaming events and enhance audience experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in live streaming and video production, integrating new techniques into our offerings.
Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials that showcase our live streaming capabilities and success stories.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new features or services that can enhance our platform.
Work closely with the sales team to assist in pitching live streaming solutions to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our services.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, live streaming, or a related field.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of live streaming platforms and technologies, including encoding, streaming protocols, and video formats.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Nice to have

Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects or Photoshop.
Familiarity with audio engineering and sound design principles for live events.
Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for promoting live content.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in a creative or technical capacity.
Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to video content and live streaming.
