Strategic Customer Success Manager

This position focuses on ensuring our most important clients achieve maximum value from Branch's platform. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey and fostering long-term partnerships. Your expertise will help clients meet their growth objectives.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients, understanding their business goals and how Branch can support them.
• Proactively identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of Branch's products, including Engagement, Performance, Activation, Discovery, Data Exports, AI, Link Management, and Banners.
• Drive adoption and ensure clients are effectively utilizing features such as Deep Linking, Attribution, and Advanced Compliance.
• Monitor client health and satisfaction, addressing any concerns and escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Educate clients on new product developments and best practices.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive product adoption.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and understanding of mobile marketing concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience working with clients in the Health, Finance, Retail & E-commerce, Food & Beverage, Media & Entertainment, or Travel industries.
• Knowledge of Branch University resources and Maturity Assessment frameworks.
