About the role

Branch Metrics is looking for a technical expert to guide clients through the implementation of our mobile linking and measurement platforms. You will serve as the primary technical advisor, ensuring that our attribution and deep linking tools integrate effectively into customer ecosystems.

• Design technical integration strategies for clients using the Branch platform.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation issues related to deep linking and attribution.
• Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address specific client needs.
• Provide guidance on best practices for mobile growth and data measurement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role or solutions engineering.
• Proficiency in mobile development environments, specifically iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with mobile attribution, deep linking, and marketing technology stacks.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills for debugging and system architecture.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with SaaS platforms or mobile measurement partners.
• Knowledge of programmatic media buying or mobile ad tech.
• Experience with data export workflows and API integrations.
