About the role

You will lead a team responsible for guiding clients through the technical setup and integration of our mobile linking and attribution products. This role focuses on ensuring customers successfully deploy our solutions to maximize their growth and measurement capabilities.

What you'll do

• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients to ensure timely and accurate product adoption.
• Manage a team of implementation specialists to maintain high standards of technical support and project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including engineering and sales to resolve complex integration challenges.
• Monitor implementation metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve the overall client setup experience.
• Provide technical guidance to clients regarding deep linking, attribution, and data export configurations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical implementation or customer-facing engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor professional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, including SDK integration and mobile attribution.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
