About the role
Brain Co. is looking for an AI Deployment Lead to manage the rollout of our proprietary Atlas platform within large-scale, regulated institutions. You will bridge the gap between technical product development and client business objectives, ensuring our AI agents create durable, measurable workflows for partners in finance and beyond.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements from initial kickoff through to final production adoption.
- Identify critical operational bottlenecks for clients and define specific AI product features to resolve them.
- Translate complex user requirements and business pain points into technical specifications for our engineering and design teams.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure stakeholders adopt new workflows and provide feedback for ongoing product iteration.
- Oversee the commercial strategy for your accounts, building trust to expand our footprint and demonstrate clear program value.
- Act as the primary liaison between external clients and internal technical staff.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, specifically involving the deployment of AI in complex, real-world settings.
- Professional background at top-tier consulting firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, or experience at technology companies such as Palantir, Google, or Amazon.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale organizational change, including workflow transformation and operating-model redesign.
- Ability to manage skeptical stakeholders and align competing incentives during technology implementations.
- Strong technical literacy regarding AI and machine learning, including the ability to evaluate data pipelines, model strategies, and infrastructure.
- Capacity to explain technical trade-offs to both engineering teams and non-technical business executives.
- Experience with diligence processes, strategic analysis, or technical evaluations.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in financial services, including banking, asset management, insurance, private equity, or fintech.
- Familiarity with financial data workflows and the regulatory requirements associated with AI in the financial sector.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
