About the role
This role involves creating and refining computer vision and multi-sensor fusion systems for national security missions. You will develop deep learning pipelines and detection algorithms while working alongside senior staff to deliver technical solutions for remote sensing and GEOINT environments.

What you'll do
- Design and implement algorithms for tracking and characterizing targets using single and multi-sensor data.
- Create and manage model training, testing, and deployment workflows using C++ or Python.
- Utilize transformer-based architectures like SAM, CLIP, or DINO for image analysis.
- Merge classical estimation techniques, such as Kalman filters, with modern deep learning for real-time applications.
- Develop GPU-accelerated models using inference runtimes, RAPIDS, or CUDA.
- Assist in deploying containerized models and microservice-based inference pipelines.
- Architect systems for sensor platform detection and track fusion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in computer vision algorithm development for tracking, detection, or sensor analytics within GEOINT or remote sensing.
- 1+ years of experience applying deep learning to computer vision using contrastive, self-supervised, or transformer-based architectures like SAM, CLIP, or DINO.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ for pipeline development and model evaluation.
- Experience with GPU-accelerated workflows.
- Experience with classical estimation and tracking methods, including extended Kalman filters.
- Bachelor degree in a STEM field.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph.
Nice to have
- Experience with GPU programming via RAPIDS or CUDA.
- Background in synthetic modeling of Kinematic target features.
- Experience with agentic tools or AI-augmented development, such as Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode.
- Familiarity with microservice architecture and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Master degree in Physics, Mathematics, AI, ML, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
