What you'll do

• Design and implement software to manage critical infrastructure at scale.
• Create automated workflows for deployment, configuration, and validation.
• Enhance platform performance and reliability through improved observability and automated remediation.
• Replace manual processes with tested automation and safe rollback mechanisms.

Requirements

• Professional experience in object-oriented or functional programming.
• Background in building, testing, and operating production software or infrastructure platforms.
• Capability to analyze complex technical problems and make informed design tradeoffs.
• Commitment to code quality, maintainability, and operational safety.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience developing infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, or internal platform tools.
• Background in designing deployment, validation, or automated remediation workflows.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Humio.
• Knowledge of APIs, messaging systems, or large-scale production environments.
• Interest in team mentorship and improving engineering maturity.
