About the role
Blend is looking for a Product Architect to manage technical relationships with clients using our home lending platform. You will serve as a bridge between client needs and our engineering teams, helping to define our product strategy while overseeing custom enterprise implementations.

What you'll do
- Act as the dedicated product owner for a specific enterprise client build, managing the backlog and sprint execution with a global engineering team.
- Guide prospects through pre-sales discovery to determine which features are standard, configurable, or custom.
- Create a repeatable discovery process, including scoping methods and gap-analysis templates for the go-to-market team.
- Assist in technical scoping, feasibility studies, and proposal design for various deployment types.
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements for product owners.
- Provide support during post-implementation phases to ensure adoption and stability.
- Influence product packaging and pricing strategies as we consolidate our lending product lines.
Requirements
- Proven background in technical product management, solutions architecture, or implementation consulting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical engineering teams and non-technical business executives.
- Experience writing detailed, buildable requirements that minimize the need for rework.
- Capability to work across different global time zones.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.

- Prior experience in the mortgage or fintech industries.
- Specific domain knowledge regarding home equity and refinance products.

Practical notes
- Base salary range: $118,000 to $139,000.
- Compensation includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (NYSE: BLND).
