Integrations Product Manager

About the role

You will manage the strategy and roadmap for Blend's home lending integrations, ensuring our platform connects effectively with loan origination systems. This role involves balancing client-specific requirements with reusable architecture to improve how data flows through our financial services software.

What you'll do

• Direct the roadmap for LOS integrations, covering Encompass, Empower, NetOxygen, Vesta, and Loancrate.
• Represent Blend in client and partner meetings, including onsite sessions, across US time zones.
• Coordinate with product partnerships to align technical requirements with vendor roadmaps.
• Evaluate integration requests from strategic accounts against existing commitments.
• Create technical specifications for field mappings, data quality, error handling, and sync behaviors.
• Collaborate with the technical product owner to support the engineering scrum team.
• Maintain documentation for integration status and assist delivery teams through user acceptance testing and launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with technical or integration-focused products.
• Direct experience in the mortgage technology ecosystem, including hands-on knowledge of Encompass, Empower, NetOxygen, Vesta, or MeridianLink.
• Proficiency with MISMO standards.
• Ability to interpret API specifications, data schemas, and field-level mapping documentation.
• Experience managing integration strategy while coordinating with engineering teams to meet external deadlines.
• Must be based in the US and willing to travel to partner or client locations.
