GTM & Ops Recruiter

About the role

Blacksmith is scaling its CI infrastructure and agent sandbox platform after reaching 50 million dollars in ARR. We are looking for a recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of hiring for our business and operations teams as we grow our headcount.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all GTM and operations positions, including marketing, finance, solutions engineering, and account executives.
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies from the ground up, focusing on headhunting and network-based outreach.
• Collaborate with founders to establish hiring standards and ensure every new hire meets our high bar for performance.
• Maintain high velocity in the hiring process while ensuring quality remains consistent.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the business regarding market trends, talent challenges, and hiring tradeoffs.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with passive candidates to build a pipeline for future growth.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM and operations roles within high-growth startups.
• Demonstrated success in hiring top-tier talent that has proven effective in their respective roles.
• Ability to operate with high urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for technical product companies, preferably in the infrastructure or developer tools space.
• Strong judgment in designing efficient hiring processes that maintain rigorous standards without unnecessary overhead.
• High agency and comfort working in ambiguous situations.
• Advanced sourcing skills with a focus on identifying and engaging top-percentile talent.
