Enterprise Product Manager

About the role

Blacksmith is scaling its high-performance CI infrastructure and agent sandbox platform to serve large-scale engineering organizations. We are looking for a product leader to manage our enterprise transition, ensuring our core technology meets the rigorous security and administrative standards of our largest customers.

What you'll do

• Manage the enterprise roadmap across our CI, sandbox, and coding agent product lines.
• Lead our security and compliance initiatives, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA frameworks.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade identity and access management, such as SSO, RBAC, and organizational permissions.
• Develop our networking strategy, focusing on static egress identity, private connectivity, and tenant isolation.
• Create programmatic features for enterprise users, including cost attribution, usage APIs, and observability integrations.
• Collaborate with sales to navigate procurement cycles, security reviews, and technical feedback from VPs of Engineering and CISOs.
• Define enterprise pricing and packaging strategies in coordination with our go-to-market team.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping enterprise features at a growth-stage developer tools or infrastructure company.
• Deep familiarity with the security review process, including audit logs, RBAC, and SSO implementation.
• Technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud networking, and compute platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical buyers and infrastructure engineers.
• Proficiency with AI-native tools like Cursor and Claude for daily task automation.
• Experience managing products post-product-market fit, focusing on scaling and reliability for large customers.
