What you'll do

• Help design, develop, and optimize backend systems for Web3 security, focusing on performance, availability, and reliability.
• Maintain, migrate, and upgrade existing backend and security services to improve quality and stability.
• Create and implement new services and technical solutions, working with product managers and other teams to meet business and security needs.
• Collaborate with specialized teams to enhance security systems, automated tools, and threat detection.
• Work with analysts and data teams on data collection, cleaning, modeling, and analysis for security applications.
• Participate in designing and implementing backend and big data workflows for Web3 security and control scenarios.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of backend development experience, ideally in blockchain, Web3 security, anti-fraud, or risk control.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex backend systems in large-scale, high-concurrency, or data-intensive settings.
• Expertise in the Java technology stack, particularly Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of MySQL and common NoSQL databases, with practical experience in backend service development and optimization.
• Familiarity with distributed systems design and middleware like distributed caching, message queues (e.g., Kafka), service discovery, and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with data-related development, including data collection, cleaning, and real-time/batch processing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive learning approach, and a genuine interest in Web3 security challenges.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of blockchain and familiarity with on-chain data.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Experience in performance tuning for JVM, SQL, or RPC.
• Fluent in English.
